IT Deputy Hod

– Implement the objectives of the information technology needs of the company to ensure the IT solutions are meet to the needs of the company’s growth and objectives. (40%)
– Manage the Opex and Capex to make sure it under department budgets and as well as delivering the department business plan (20%)
– Ensure the security of the information systems, communication, IT assets and business application. (10%)
– Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing business systems (20%)
– Other related duties as assigned (10%)
+ Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
+ Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staffs.

– Experience with implementation of information technology integrations in a large division/company, MNC field.
– Ability to motivate teams
– 3 years of experience in a senior-level information technology position.
– 3 years experiences of SAP implementation and support for Factory
